摘要
直升机减速器机匣需要将复杂的旋翼载荷传递至机身平台,是直升机的重要承力部件。为了满足直升机长寿命、轻质量的要求,需要采用先进的结构设计方法。采用基于拓扑优化的方法,通过对直升机减速器机匣进行拓扑优化、结构重构、结构优化,设计出轻质量、低应力的机匣,并建立了基于拓扑优化的直升机减速器机匣结构设计流程。
Helicopter gearbox can transfer the complex rotor load to the fuselage platform.It is an important bearing component of helicopter.In order to meet the requirements of light weight and long life of helicopter,advanced structural design methods needs to be adopted.The method based on topology optimization is used to design the light weight and low stress gearbox through topology optimization,structural reconstruction and structural optimization of the helicopter gearbox,and the structural design process of the helicopter gearbox based on topology optimization is established.
