摘要
数据是驱动数字经济创新的重要要素。数据资产管理是释放数据要素价值的基础和前提。本文基于当前数据生产模式发展趋势的分析,指出数据治理面临的挑战,并以中国移动的实践经验,提出相应的解决方案。
Data is an important factor driving digital economy innovation.Data asset management is the basis and premise of releasing the value of data factor.Based on the analysis of the development trend of current data production mode,this paper points out the challenges faced by data governance,and puts forward corresponding solutions based on the practical experience of China Mobile.
