摘要
高铁隧道内部接触网上部结构安装普遍存在低效,高风险等问题,针对高铁隧道内接触网上部结构件的自动化安装需求,开发了一套接触网上部结构智能化安装设备。介绍了接触网上部结构智能化安装设备的整体结构组成、安装工艺流程及设备主要参数,并详细阐述了多关节机械手、三维视觉模块、自动操作平台、全站仪和自动安装垫片螺母等模块关键技术及创新点。该设备主要应用于高铁隧道内接触网上部结构吊柱的自动安装及斜率检测,在确保施工的安全性和稳定性的基础上,提高了吊柱安装效率和舒适性。
There are many problems in the installation of catenary superstructure in high-speed railway tunnel,such as low efficiency and high risk.According to the automatic installation requirements of catenary superstructure parts in high-speed railway tunnel,a set of intelligent installation equipment of catenary superstructure is developed.Firstly,this paper introduces the overall structure composition of intelligent installation equipment of catenary superstructure and installation process flow and main parameters of equipment.Then,the key technical innovations such as multi-joint manipulator,three-dimensional vision module,automatic operation platform,total station and automatic installation of gasket and nut are described in detail.The equipment is mainly used for automatic installation and slope detection of structural suspenders on catenary in high-speed railway tunnel.On the basis of ensuring the safety and stability of construction,the installation efficiency and comfort of suspenders are improved.
