摘要
依据主体功能区规划将河南省分为中原城市群地区、豫北地区、豫西南地区、黄淮地区4类区域,以MODIS17A3净初级生产力数据和夜间灯光数据作为主要数据源,测算不同类型区域城镇扩张程度、空间形态及其与净初级生产力的关系,分析城镇扩张的生态效应。结果表明:(1)河南省城镇扩张速度快,空间差异明显。2000—2019年城镇扩张水平指数增长了142.65%,空间上由高到低依次为中原城市群地区、豫北地区、黄淮地区、豫西南地区。伴随城镇快速扩张,紧凑度不断下降。(2)2000—2019年河南省年均净初级生产力整体呈现波动上升的趋势。黄淮地区净初级生产力值最高,豫西南地区次之,中原城市群地区和豫北地区最低。净初级生产力显著减少区域主要分布在中原城市群地区和豫北地区。(3)城镇扩张的生态效应明显,城镇扩张水平与净初级生产力呈负相关,紧凑度与净初级生产力呈正相关。位于重点开发区的中原城市群地区城镇扩张对净初级生产力影响最大,位于限制开发区的黄淮地区和豫西南地区城镇扩张对净初级生产力的影响较小。(4)基于不同主体功能区的要求,制定出城镇扩张与生态保护的方案,为新时期高质量城镇化和生态系统定向管理提供决策依据。
Henan Province is divided into four regions of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,Northern Henan,Southwest Henan and Huang-Huai region according to the major function oriented zoning.Taking MODIS17A3 and night lighting data as the main data source,this paper calculates the degree of urban expansion,spatial shape and their relationship with net primary productivity in different types of regions,and analyzes the ecological effect of urban expansion.The results show that:(1)The speed of urban expansion in Henan Province is fast,and the spatial difference is obvious.From 2000 to 2019,urban expansion level increased by 142.65%.Spatially,it is shown from high value to low value as Central Plains Urban Agglomeration area,North Henan,Huang-Huai region and Southwest Henan.With the rapid expansion of cities and towns,the compactness of cities and towns in key development zones and restricted development zones was divided into two clubs in 2007.(2)The average annual NPP changes from 235.63 gC·m-2·a-1 in 2000 to 346.78 gC·m-2·a-1 in 2019,showing a fluctuating upward trend.The value of NPP in Huang-Huai region is the highest,followed by Southwest Henan,the lowest in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration and the Northern Henan.The overall improvement and local deterioration coexist,and the areas with significant reduction of NPP are mainly distributed in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration and Northern Henan.(3)The ecological effect of urban expansion is obvious,the level of urban expansion is negatively correlated with NPP and continuously strengthened,and the compactness is positively correlated with NPP.The urban expansion of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration located in key development zones has the greatest impact on NPP,while the urban expansion of Huang-Huai region and Southwest Henan located in restricted development zones has little impact on NPP.(4)Based on the requirements of different major function oriented zoning,the plans of urban expansion and ecological protection are worked out to provide decision-making basis for high-quality urbanization and ecosystem oriented management in the new era.
