摘要
情感体验是游客旅游体验的重要体现,在城市旅游发展的背景下,城市建成环境和游客的互动关系成为重要的研究课题。通过构建旅游情境下城市建成环境的指标体系,提出城市建成环境包括城市设计要素、交通要素、安全感知要素以及空间要素四大维度。基于“认知-情感-行为”理论,创建了城市建成环境、游客情感及行为意向之间的关系模型并利用问卷调查获得研究数据,对相关假设进行了检验。研究发现:(1)城市设计要素、交通要素和安全感知要素对游客情感及行为意向皆具有正向影响,其中城市设计要素更为显著,空间要素没有得到验证。(2)城市设计要素和安全感知要素可通过游客情感的部分中介效应间接地影响游客行为意向。(3)游客情感显著地影响游客行为意向。
Emotional experience is an important manifestation of tourist experience.Under the great development of urban tourism,research between urban built environment and tourists has become an important topic.From the perspective of tourists,the index system of urban built environment was constructed in this paper,including urban design elements,traffic elements,safety perception elements and spatial elements.Based on the theory of“cognition-emotion-behavior”,a model of the relationship between the urban built environment,tourist emotion and tourist behavior intention was constructed,and the research data was obtained by questionnaires to test the relevant hypotheses.The results show that:(1)Urban design element,traffic elements and safety perception elements have a positive impact on tourist emotion and tourist behavior intention,among which urban design elements are more significant,but spatial elements have little influence;(2)Urban design elements and safety perception elements can indirectly influence tourist behavior intention through partial mediation of tourist emotion;(3)Tourist emotion has a significant positive impact on tourist behavior intention.The article finally discusses how to optimize the built environments to promote the development of tourist destination cities.
