摘要
目的:探讨三级综合医院专科护士职业认同与核心能力的关系。方法:2019年4-8月采用护士职业认同量表和注册护士核心能力量表对牡丹江市4所三级综合医院159名获得专科护士培训证书的护士进行调查。结果:专科护士职业认同得分(5.49±0.99)分,其中对工作的把握感得分最高(5.96±1.11)分,组织影响感得分最低(4.54±1.42)分;专科护士核心能力得分(2.79±0.76)分,各维度得分最高的是法律、伦理实践(3.11±0.77)分,得分最低的是批判性思维(2.58±0.83)分;专科护士职业认同与核心能力呈显著正相关(r=0.611,P<0.01)。结论:三级综合医院专科护士职业认同感的得分较高,与注册护士核心能力呈显著正相关;因此,提高专科护士的核心能力能够提高其职业认同感。
Objective:To explore the relationship between professional identity and core competence of specialized nurses in tertiary general hospitals.Methods:From April 2019 to August 2019,159 nurses with training certificates of specialized nurses in 4 tertiary general hospitals in Mudanjiang City were investigated by using nurse professional identity scale and registered nurse core competence scale.Results:The professional identity score of specialized nurses was(5.49±0.99),among which the highest was the sense of job mastery(5.96±1.11),the lowest was the sense of organizational influence(4.54±1.42),the highest was the core competence score of specialized nurses(2.79±0.76)and the practice of law and ethics(3.11±0.77)while the lowest was critical thinking(2.58±0.83)and the professional identity score of specialized nurses(5.96±1.11).It was positively correlated with core competence(r=0.611,P<0.01).Conclusion:The score of professional identity of nurses in tertiary general hospitals is higher,which is positively correlated with the core competence of registered nurses.
