微创经皮伤椎置钉治疗对胸腰椎骨折患者影像学指标及疼痛程度的影响

Impact of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Injured Vertebral Nailing Treatment on Imaging Indicators and Pain Degree of Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮伤椎置钉治疗对胸腰椎骨折患者影像学指标及疼痛程度的影响。方法84例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为两组各42例,对照组实施开放伤椎置钉治疗,观察组实施微创经皮伤椎置钉治疗,比较两组的影像学指标(后凸Cobb角、椎体前缘相对高度、椎间隙高度)及疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果治疗后,观察组的后凸Cobb角显著小于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的椎体前缘相对高度、椎间隙高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创经皮伤椎置钉治疗能够有效改善胸腰椎骨折患者的影像学指标,降低患者的疼痛程度。 Objective To explore the impact of minimally invasive percutaneous injured vertebral nailing treatment on imaging indicators and pain degree of patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 84 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with open injured vertebral nailing,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous injured vertebral nailing.The imaging indicators(Cobb angle of kyphosis,relative height of anterior vertebral body,height of intervertebral space)and pain degree(VAS score)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Cobb angle of kyphosis of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the relative height of anterior vertebral body and the height of intervertebral space between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous injured vertebral nailing treatment can effectively improve the imaging indicators and reduce the pain degree of patients with thoracolumbar fractures.
