摘要
目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者鼻内镜手术后的复发情况及相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2017年9月至2018年10月我院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的232例CRS患者的临床资料,统计术后2年内的复发情况,分析CRS患者鼻内镜手术后复发的影响因素。结果鼻内镜手术后2年内,232例CRS患者中有72例复发,复发率为31.03%。单因素分析显示,CRS患者鼻内镜手术后复发可能受吸烟、合并变应性鼻炎(AR)及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平的影响(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟、合并AR及高外周血EOS水平均为CRS患者鼻内镜手术后复发的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论CRS患者鼻内镜手术后具有一定的复发率,吸烟、合并AR、高外周血EOS水平均为其复发的影响因素。
Objective To explore the recurrence of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)after endoscopic sinus surgery and its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 232 CRS patients who were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The recurrence within 2 years after surgery was counted,and the influencing factors for the recurrence of CRS patients after endoscopic surgery were analyzed.Results Within 2 years after endoscopic sinus surgery,72 of the 232 CRS patients recurred,with the recurrence rate of 31.03%.Univariate analysis showed that the recurrence of CRS patients after endoscopic sinus surgery may be affected by smoking,complication of allergic rhinitis(AR)and peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)level(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking,complication of AR and high peripheral blood EOS level were influencing factors for the recurrence after endoscopic sinus surgery in CRS patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions CRS patients have a certain recurrence rate after endoscopic sinus surgery.Smoking,complication of AR and high peripheral blood EOS level are influencing factors for the recurrence.
