摘要
目的:对快速伸缩复合训练在下肢最大力量及肌肉形态的应用效果进行综述评价,为后续有关快速伸缩复合训练的研究及训练提供参考依据。方法:在多个文献数据库中检索并获取相关文献,根据排除与纳入标准对所得文献进行筛选最终确定本研究纳入文献,对纳入文献进行质量评估与数据提取,最后对快速伸缩复合训练在下肢最大力量与肌肉形态的训练效果上进行对比分析。结果:检索得到1491篇文献,经筛查最终纳入11篇文献,其中涉及下肢最大力量研究的文献8篇,下肢肌肉形态研究的文献4篇,文献质量评价均为中等质量。研究对象共345人,年龄12-70岁,包括高水平运动员、普通健康人群与老年人。实验干预的周期为6-12周,干预频率主要为2-3次/周。结论:训练周期为6-8周,训练频率为2-3次/周的快速伸缩复合训练可一定程度提高下肢最大力量,且不受年龄及性别影响,但训练效果不及传统抗阻力量训练;快速伸缩复合训练可以使下肢肌肉围度得到积极影响,但提升效果不如传统抗阻力量训练。快速伸缩复合训练增强下肢最大力量及肌肉形态的深层机制仍需进一步研究。
The objective of this paper is to review and evaluate the application effect of plyometric training on maximum strength and muscle hypertrophy in lower limbs,which provides a reference for subsequent research and training on plyometric training.The relevant literature was searched in databases,and the obtained materials were selected according to the exclusion and inclusion standards to finally determine which literature can or can’t be included in this study.Then the quality assessment and data extraction of the included literature were carried out,and finally the training effects of plyometric training on maximum strength and muscle hypertrophy in lower limbs were compared and analyzed.1491 pieces of literature were obtained,and 11 pieces were finally included after selection,with 8 literatures involving the study of maximum lower limb strength and 4 literatures on lower limb muscle hypertrophy,and the quality of these pieces was medium.Included literature involved 345 participants,aged 12-70 years old,including elite athletes,the general healthy population and the elderly.The cycle of experimental intervention is 6-12 weeks,and the frequency of intervention is mainly 2-3 times/week.Conclusions:The plyometric training lasting 6-8 weeks with a training frequency of 2-3 times/week can improve the maximum strength of the lower limbs,irrespective of age and gender,but the training effect is not as good as traditional resistance strength training;plyometric training can positively affect the muscle hypertrophy of the lower limbs,but the improvement effect is not as good as traditional resistance strength training.The deep mechanism of plyometric training enhancing the maximum strength and muscle hypertrophy of the lower limbs still needs further research.
