摘要
目的分析白血病患者血小板输注无效的相关影响因素。方法选取新郑市公立人民医院2020年1月至2021年11月收治的119例白血病患者作为研究对象。统计血小板输注无效发生率。收集患者的临床资料,并分析血小板输注无效的影响因素。结果119例白血病患者中,血小板输注有效者占57.14%(68/119),血小板输注无效者占42.86%(51/119)。无效组性别、输血次数、抗体类型、并发症状况、白细胞过滤状况与有效组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性、抗-HLA类型、输血次数≥3、有并发症、无白细胞过滤为白血病患者发生血小板输注无效的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论仍有部分白血病患者存在血小板输注无效状况,受输血次数、抗体类型、性别等因素的影响,其中女性、抗-HLA类型、输血次数≥3、有并发症、无白细胞过滤为其独立危险因素。
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of ineffective platelet transfusion in leukemia patients.Methods A total of 119 patients with leukemia admitted to Xinzheng Public People’s Hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.The incidence of ineffective platelet transfusion was counted.The clinical data of the patients were collected,and the infuencing factors of ineffective platelet transfusion were analyzed.Results Among the 119 patients with leukemia,57.14%(68/119)of the patients had effective platelet transfusion and 42.86%(51/119)had ineffective platelet transfusion.Gender,blood transfusion times,antibody types,complications and leukocyte filtration in ineffective group were statistically different from those in effective group(P<0.05).Female,anti-HLA type,transfusion times≥3,complications and no leukocyte filtration were independent risk factors for ineffective platelet transfusion in leukemia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There are still some leukemia patients with ineffective platelet transfusion,which is influenced by blood transfusion frequency,antibody type,gender and other factors,among which female,anti-HLA type,blood transfusion frequency≥3,complications and no leukocyte filtration are independent risk factors.
