摘要
吞咽障碍为中风常见合并症,针刺为该病治疗的有效治疗方式。临床针刺选穴方案重复性差一定程度上制约了针刺在该病治疗中的临床推广。本研究基于针刺治疗中风后吞咽障碍穴位应用现状,从部位、经脉循行、临床症候和穴性等多方面对当前针刺治疗卒中后的选穴规律进行总结,分析其聚焦点及薄弱点。并从临床及科研多方面对针刺治疗该病的选穴优选思路进行探讨,试图挖掘未来针刺治疗吞咽障碍针刺的选穴补充方向,以期为针刺选穴的规范化、疗效更优化及可推广化提供依据和参考。
Dysphagia is a common complication of stroke,and acupuncture is an effective treatment for the disease.The poor repeatability of acupoints selection restricts the clinical promotion of acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia.Based on the application status of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stoke dysphagia,this study summarized the selection rules of acupoints in terms of the location,the meridian circulation,the clinical symptoms and the points features,and analyzed its focus and weak point.It also discussed the selection and optimization of acupoints in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia from clinical and scientific perspectives,and tried to explore the direction of acupoints selection and supplement in the future,in order to provide basis and reference for the standardization of acupoints selection,optimization of curative effect and popularization of acupuncture.
