摘要
目的 研究主观幸福感、心理资本、家庭月收入对医学实习生职业决策困难的影响,搭建并检验有调节的中介效应模型。方法 2019年使用总体幸福感量表、积极心理资本问卷、职业决策困难量表对乌鲁木齐市201名临床医学实习生进行调查分析。结果 调查的医学实习生的主观幸福感总分为(78.74±9.62)分,心理资本总分为(123.23±22.52)分,职业决策困难得分为(94.36±17.89)分。医学实习生主观幸福感与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.571,P<0.01),与职业决策困难呈负相关(r=-0.574,P<0.01);心理资本与职业决策困难呈负相关(r=-0.551,P<0.01);主观幸福感不仅可以直接影响职业决策困难,还可以通过心理资本的中介效应对职业决策困难产生影响,效应占比为23.3%,且该中介效应会受到家庭月收入的调节,即与高家庭月收入水平的医学实习生比较,心理资本对低家庭月收入医学实习生职业决策困难的预测更加显著(P<0.05)。结论 心理资本在主观幸福感对职业决策困难的影响中起部分中介作用,家庭月收入能够在心理资本对职业决策困难的关系中起调节作用。
Objective To study the effects of subjective well-being,psychological capital and monthly family income on the career decision-making difficulties of medical interns,establish and test the moderated mediating effect model.Methods In 2019,201 clinical medical interns in Urumqi were investigated and analyzed using the total happiness scale,the positive psychological capital questionnaire and the difficulty in making career decisions scale.Results The total score of subjective well-being,psychological capital and career decision-making difficulty of medical interns was(78.74±9.62),(123.23±22.52) and(94.36±17.89)points.The subjective well-being of medical interns was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.571,P<0.01),was negatively correlated with difficulty in making career decisions(r=-0.574,P<0.01).The psychological capital was negatively correlated with difficulty in making career decisions(r=-0.551,P<0.01).The subjective well-being can not only directly affect the career decision-making difficulty,but also have an impact on the career decision-making difficulty through the mediating effect of psychological capital,accounting for 23.3%.Moreover,this mediating effect was moderated by the monthly household income,that is,compared with subjects with high monthly household income,the psychological capital was more significant in predicting career decision-making difficulty for medical interns with low monthly household income(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between subjective well-being and career decision-making difficulty,and monthly family income can play a moderating role in the relationship between psychological capital and career decision-making difficulty.
