摘要
时效强化具有简单有效,易于工业化生产的优点,被广泛用于改善镁合金的力学性能。综述了时效强化MgZn-(Zr)、Mg-Al、Mg-Sn及Mg-RE合金的研究进展,重点介绍了时效析出相对镁合金组织和力学性能的影响,分析了现有研究中存在的问题,并对时效强化镁合金的未来研究进行了展望。
Aging strengthening has the advantages of simple, effective and easy to industrialize, which has been widely used to enhance the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys. The research progress of aging strengthening Mg-Zn-(Zr),Mg-Al, Mg-Sn and Mg-RE alloys was reviewed. The effects of aging precipitation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloys were introduced. The existing problems were analyzed, and the future research of aging strengthened magnesium alloy was prospected.
