摘要
针对马脊梁矿8125工作面巷道成型差、支护难度大等问题,根据工作面的地质条件,提出采用分层掘进施工工艺方法,并对开口段设计了联合加强支护技术方案,在现场进行工业性试验。结果表明:在掘进过程中,巷道顶板的最大下沉量为0.13 m,在掘进5 d后,巷道顶板的稳定性得以提高,支护效果较好,顶板完整性较好。
In view of the problems such as poor roadway shape and difficulty of support in the 8125 working face of Majiliang Coal Mine,according to the geological conditions of the working face,the construction technology method of layered excavation is put forward,a joint strengthening support technical scheme is designed for the opening section,and industrial tests were carried out in the field.The results show that in the process of tunneling,the maximum subsidence of roadway roof is 0.13 m.After 5 days of tunneling,the stability of roadway roof is improved,the supporting effect is better,and the roof integrity is better.
