摘要
目的 国内外医院管理的内容存在相似之处但研究热点存在一定差异,文章探索国外医院管理的研究热点,可以为医院管理工作提供参考。方法 基于Web of Science(WOS)核心合集,以医院管理为主题词检索近5年文献,使用CiteSpace软件对选定的953篇文献通过关键词进行研究热点等分析。结果 国外医院管理的7个研究热点为医疗质量管理、临床常见疾病的风险因素研究与医疗服务提升、疾病结局及预测、医院工作环境与医务人员行为习惯影响评估、医院患者安全文化、医院运营管理、促进研究应用模式,针对心肌梗塞等疾病的全过程,开展医院管理措施的研究和优化。结论 国外医院管理研究方向更加关注当地高发疾病相关的诊疗过程管理。针对心肌梗塞等疾病的全过程开展医院管理措施的研究和优化。
Objective To explore the research hotspots of hospital management abroad and provide reference for hospital management in China. Methods Based on the Core collection of Web of Science(WOS), the literatures in recent 5 years were retrieved with hospital management as the main topic, and 953 selected literatures were analyzed by key words using Citespace software.Results abroad 7 research focus in the hospital management of medical quality management, clinical risk factors for common diseases research and medical services, disease outcomes and prediction, impact assessment of hospital working environment and medical staff’s behavior, hospital patient safety culture, hospital operation management, promoting action on research implementation in health service, research focus more on local high incidence disease diagnosis and treatment process management. Conclusion Foreign hospital management research focuses on the combination of clinical work to solve practical clinical problems, and its research hotspots can provide inspiration and reference for hospital management research in China.
