摘要
本文设计了一套带称重功能监护病床自动校零系统。系统由转运床过门检测模块、有无患者在监护床检测模块和称重系统组成。检测模块采用毫米波传感器,基于77 GHz毫米波射频互补金属氧化物半导体技术,通过±60°角和25 s间隔循环扫描选定区域,提取转运床轮廓特征值与患者呼吸胸廓上下波动信号特征值,判断有无转运床过门以及有无患者在重症监护床。判断的结果以1(有人在床)、0(无人在床)发送给多点控制单元,触发称重系统自动校零。经测试,系统对在床状态的识别精度>99%,对离床状态的识别精度为96%,毫米波传感器置于患者胸廓正中矢状位方比置于其他位置,患者不在床误报率更低。系统能够满足重症监护床自动去皮要求,弥补医护人员校零疏忽,提高患者体重测量精度,利于临床治疗。
This paper designed a set of automatic zero calibration system for intensive care bed with weighing function.The system consisted of a door-passing detection module for the transfer bed,a detection module of whether there were patients in the monitoring bed,and the weighing system.The detection module adopts millimeter wave sensor and was based on 77 GHz millimeter wave radio frequency complementary metal oxide semiconductor(RFCMOS)technology.It scanned the selected area at an angle of±60°and 25 s intervals,and extracted the characteristic value of the transfer bed contour and the characteristics value of the fluctuation signal of the patient’s respiratory thorax to determine whether there was a transfer bed passing through the door and whether there was a patient in the intensive care bed.The result of the judgment was sent to the multipoint control unit as 1(someone in bed)and 0(nobody in bed)to trigger automatic zero calibration of the weighing system.After testing,the recognition accuracy of the system for the inbed state was more than 99%,and the recognition accuracy for the out of bed state was 96%.The millimeter wave sensor placed in the mid-sagittal position of the patient’s thorax has a lower false alarm rate than placed in other positions.The system can meet the requirements for automatic taring of intensive care beds,make up for the negligence of medical staff in zero calibration,improve the weight accuracy of patients,and facilitate clinical treatment.
