摘要
山地农业养活了中国近三分之一的人口,山地农业可持续发展对生态环境保护和乡村振兴具有十分重要的意义。山地农业伦理是山地农业发展过程中人与人、人与社会、人与生存环境发生功能关联的道德认知,进而探索农业行为对自然与社会系统的道德关联。中国的山地居民在漫长的农业实践过程中,形成了具有“时宜性、地宜性、有序度、法自然”特征的山地农业伦理观,对山地乃至整个农业的可持续发展起到重要的指导作用。当前生态文明建设中,应充分吸收山地农业伦理观的积极因素,因地制宜地利用现代科学技术与传统农业相结合的技术,发挥地区资源优势,发展种养结合的生态农业,以经济发展水平和“整体、协调、循环、再生”为原则,合理组织山地农业生产,推动山地农业高产优质、高效可持续发展,实现生态和经济两个系统的良性循环。
Mountain agriculture supports 1/3 of the total population in China and plays a very important role in ecoenvironmental protection and rural development.Mountain agro-ethics refers to the moral understanding between persons,between humans and the society,between the humans and living environments,as well as the cohesion between agriculture production systems and social-ecological systems.In the long history of agricultural production practices,mountain-dwelling people have developed the mountain agro-ethics with features of time suitability,space suitability,order degree,and nature governance,which have guided the sustainability of mountain agriculture and even all kinds of agriculture.In the current process of ecological civilization construction in mountainous regions in China,the mountain agro-ethics should be integrated with the modern scientific technologies and traditional agricultural technologies.The local resources based ecoagriculture that combines crop plantation and animal husbandry should be developed following the rules of agro-ethics,i.e.,“integration,coordination,recycling and regrowth”,so as to promote the sustainable development of productive and highquality agriculture as well as a beneficent cycle of social-ecological systems through the rational agricultural production paradigm in mountainous regions.
