摘要
介绍205/55R16 91V轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径629 mm,断面宽221 mm,行驶面宽度168 mm,行驶面弧度高7.46 mm,胎圈着合直径404.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度185.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H;/H;) 1.083,胎面花纹为非对称设计的变节距花纹,花纹主沟深度7.6 mm,花纹饱和度67%。施工设计:胎面在传统结构基础上加入导电胶,带束层采用2×0.30ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用1100dtex/2聚酯帘线,钢丝圈采用Φ1.2mm高强度胎圈钢丝,采用一次法成型机成型,硫化采用氮气硫化工艺。成品试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,且轮胎在滚动阻力和噪声方面表现良好。
The design of 205/55R16 91V passenger car radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 629 mm,cross-sectional width 221 mm,width of running surface 168 mm,height of running surface 7. 46 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404. 2 mm,bead width at rim seat 185. 4 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H;/H;) 1. 083,unsymmetrical tread pattern with various lengths,pattern depth 7. 6 mm,and block/total ratio 67%. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adding a chimney compound in the traditional tread structure,2×0. 30ST steel cord for belt layers,1100dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,Φ1. 2 mm high strength wire for bead ring,using one-step building machine to build tires and nitrogen curing process to cure tires. The test results of the finished tires showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead unseating resistance,high speed and endurance performance met the requirements of national standards,and the rolling resistance and pass-by noise also achieved good targets.
