摘要
以专利为视角,基于社会网络分析和文献计量方法对企业创新人员影响力进行评价研究。首先采用社会网络分析方法,建立企业专利合作网络,分析其整体结构特性和节点特性,揭示企业整体科研合作与技术交流状况,寻找技术骨干与创新带头人,从社会网络角度进行创新人员评价。然后从文献计量学角度对创新人员专利申请量、被引频次、h指数进行分析,对文献计量指标与节点度中心度指标进行相关性分析,探讨2种分析方法存在的问题。最后,利用因子分析构建基于专利的科研评价综合指标。综合指标用以全面测评企业创新人员的科研影响力和水平,克服了单一指标的不足,为基于专利的企业创新人员评价提供了一种定量的评价方法。
From the perspective of patent,this paper evaluates the influence of enterprise innovators based on social network analysis and bibliometrics.Firstly,the social network analysis method was used to establish enterprise patent cooperation network,analyze its overall structural characteristics and node characteristics,analyze the overall situation of scientific research cooperation and technological exchanges in enterprises,seek for the backbone of technology and the leader of innovation,and evaluate innovators from the perspective of social network.Then,from the perspective of bibliometrics,this paper analyzed the patent application amount,citation frequency and h index of innovators,and made a correlation analysis between bibliometric index and nodal centrality index,to explore the problems of the two analysis methods.Finally,based on factor analysis,a comprehensive index was constructed.The comprehensive index evaluates the scientific research influence and level of enterprise innovators comprehensively.It overcomes the shortcomings of single index and provides a quantitative evaluation method for the evaluation of enterprise innovators based on patents.
