摘要
以中国制造业27个行业为研究对象,从绿色发展效率和出口技术结构两个方面综合测度制造业高质量发展水平,并从内部要素供给和外部环境因素两个角度分析制造业高质量发展的影响因素。研究发现,中国制造业高质量发展水平在样本期内年均提升3.17%。从影响因素来看,前期积累的发展质量存在良性循环和示范作用,继而形成持续不断的“高质量提升效应”,技术创新、人力资本及要素禀赋结构等内部要素供给质量对制造业高质量发展均存在促进作用,外部环境因素中只有生产性服务业发展存在促进作用。从产业维度拓展了中国高质量发展的研究范畴,为新发展格局下推动制造业高质量发展提供了现实依据。
This paper takes 27 industries in China’s manufacturing industry as research objects,measures the level of high-quality development of manufacturing industry comprehensively from two aspects of green development efficiency and export technology structure,and analyzes the influencing factors of high-quality development of manufacturing industry from two perspectives of internal factor supply and external environmental factors.It is found that the quality development level of China’s manufacturing industry has increased by 3.17%annually during the sample period.From the perspective of influencing factors,there is a virtuous cycle and demonstration effect of the development quality accumulated in the early stage,and then a continuous“quality improvement effect”is formed.The quality of internal factors such as technological innovation,human capital and factor endowment structure all contribute to the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,while only the development of production service industry contributes to the external environment.This paper expands the research scope of China’s high-quality development from the industrial dimension,and provides a realistic basis for promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the new development pattern.
