亚甲蓝示踪法在口腔癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析亚甲蓝示踪法在口腔癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用。方法:抽取2018年3月至2021年3月濮阳市人民医院收治的口腔癌患者120例,均进行亚甲蓝示踪定位前哨淋巴结和颈淋巴结活组织病理检查。以颈淋巴结活组织病理检查结果为"金标准",回顾性比较颈淋巴结清扫和亚甲蓝示踪法对前哨淋巴结和阳性前哨淋巴结的检出结果,统计亚甲蓝示踪法的检出率。结果:120例患者颈淋巴结清扫结果显示前哨淋巴结264枚(阳性56枚,阴性208枚),其中存在1枚前哨淋巴结29例,2枚前哨淋巴结52例,3枚前哨淋巴结28例,4枚前哨淋巴结8例,5枚前哨淋巴结3例。亚甲蓝示踪法检查结果显示前哨淋巴结259枚(阳性46枚,阴性213枚),其中存在1枚前哨淋巴结28例,2枚前哨淋巴结50例,3枚前哨淋巴结28例,4枚前哨淋巴结8例,5枚前哨淋巴结3例。亚甲蓝示踪法前哨淋巴结检出率为98.11%(259/264),阳性前哨淋巴结检出率为82.14%(46/56)。结论:在口腔癌患者中,亚甲蓝示踪法不仅能有效检出前哨淋巴结,还能评估转移情况,可为临床诊疗提供依据。 Objective To analyze the application of methylene blue tracer in sentinel lymph node biopsy of oral cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with oral cancer admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected.All patients underwent sentinel lymph node and neck lymph node biopsy with methylene blue tracer.With the neck lymph node biopsy result as the gold standard,the detection results of sentinel lymph node and positive sentinel lymph node by neck lymph node dissection and methylene blue tracer method were compared retrospectively,and the detection rate of methylene blue tracer method was calculated.Results Among the 120 patients,the results of cervical lymph node dissection showed 264 sentinel lymph nodes(56 positive cases,208 negative cases),including 29 patients with 1 sentinel lymph node,52 patients with 2 sentinel lymph nodes,28 patients with 3 sentinel lymph nodes,8 patients with 4 sentinel lymph nodes,and 3 patients with 5 sentinel lymph nodes.The results of the methylene blue tracer showed 259 sentinel lymph nodes(46 positive cases,213 negative cases),including 28 patients with 1 sentinel lymph node,50 patients with 2 sentinel lymph nodes,28 patients with 3 sentinel lymph nodes,8 patients with 4 sentinel lymph nodes,and 3 patients with 5 sentinel lymph nodes.The sentinel lymph node detection rate of methylene blue tracer was 98.11%(259/264),and positive sentinel lymph node detection rate was 82.14%(46/56).Conclusions Methylene blue tracer can not only detect sentinel lymph nodes effectively in oral cancer patients,but also evaluate the status of metastasis,which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
