摘要
运用衰减全反射(ATR)红外光谱法快速无损鉴别生活用纸原料,选取具有代表性的样品进行光谱扫描,选择合适的波长范围及光谱预处理方法,分别建立聚类和定性分析模型。结果表示:木浆纸模型通过率为90.0%,竹浆纸模型通过率为71.4%,木竹混合浆纸模型通过率为50.0%,稻草浆、甘蔗渣浆、回收浆均不能通过模型。整个测量过程操作简单,结果理想。
To identify the raw materials of household paper rapidly and noninvasively by using infrared spectroscopy(ATR),the representative samples are chosen to be spectral scanned,and the model of cluster analysis and qualitative analysis is separately build with suitable wavelength range and spectral pretreatment.The results showed that the pass rate of wood pulp paper,bamboo pulp paper and paper mixed by wood and bamboo pulp were separately 90.0%,71.4% and 50.0% while the rice straw pulp,bagasse pulp and recovered pulp can’t pass the test.The whole test was easy to operate with preferable results.
