摘要
谎言识别在刑事司法领域具有十分重要的意义。欺骗线索与谎言识别之间的关系是复杂的,欺骗线索的有效性、使用线索的正确性是影响谎言识别准确性的重要因素。从使用欺骗线索的角度出发,警察识谎表现不佳与依赖无效或错误的线索、说谎者泄漏线索太少等原因有关。针对有关问题,亟需对域外侦查访谈技术进行借鉴发展,引出更多数量的欺骗线索。可以通过系统的欺骗检测培训,提高警察对有效线索的使用。
Lie identification is of great significance in the field of criminal justice.The relationship between deception clues and lie identification is complicated.The validity of deception clues and correctness of using clues are important factors affecting the accuracy of lie identification.From the perspective of use of deception clues,the poor performance of police’s lie identification is related to dependence on invalid or wrong clues and lack of enough clues revealed by liars.In view of the current difficulties,it is urgent to learn and develop overseas investigation and interview technology,so as to elicit more deception clues.It is advisable to improve police’s use of valid clues through systematic deception detection trainings.
