输电线路球头挂环锈蚀模拟研究

摘要 大气环境中,材质为热镀锌钢的球头挂环容易发生腐蚀,采用常用有限元软件对球头挂环三种锈蚀情况进行模拟分析计算。结果表明,球头挂环下端与杆端连接处发生锈蚀影响最为明显,为后期球头挂环的防腐措施提供了依据。 In atmospheric environment,the ball head hanging ring made of hot-dip galvanized steel is prone to corrosion.In this paper,three kinds of corrosion of ball head hanging ring are simulated and analyzed by using common finite element software.The results show that the influence of corrosion on the connection between the lower end of the ball head hanging ring and the rod end is most obvious,which provides a basis for the anti-corrosion measures of the ball head hanging ring in the later period.
