摘要
目的:观察针刺腰夹脊穴改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及功能的有效性与安全性。方法:按随机数表法将90例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予牵引加功能锻炼治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针刺治疗,治疗周期为21 d。比较两组治疗前,治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d,视觉模拟评分法评分(VAS,Visual Analogue Score)、生活质量评分(SF-36评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI,Oswestry Disability Index)、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、不良反应发生率,评定两组疼痛及腰椎功能改善情况。结果:治疗结束后观察组总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组VAS、ODI、IL-6评分含量均降低,SF-36评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标评分改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺腰夹脊穴有利于改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及腰椎功能,短期内疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture“Jiaji point”on pain and function of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the random number table method,90 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given traction plus functional exercise,while the observation group was given acupuncture on the basis of the control group for a period of 21 d.VAS,SF-36,ODI,IL-6 and incidence of adverse reactions were used to compare the two groups before treatment,7 d,14 d,21 d after treatment at 4 time points,pain and improvement of lumbar function were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the vas,ODI,IL-6 scores of the two groups were decreased,SF-36 scores were increased(P<0.05);And the improvement range of each index score in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncturecan“Jiaji point”improve pain and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
