摘要
为有效检验港澳青年创新创业基地的建设成效,更好地满足港澳青年创新创业需求,突出港澳青年的主体作用,基于共同生产理论,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,从场地支持、服务管理、交流活动、孵化成效4个维度构建港澳青年创新创业基地评估指标体系,其中孵化成效指标权重居于首位。基于此,提出强化评估结果应用、完善基地配套政策、打造特色化基地品牌、建立港澳青年创新创业基地联盟等对策建议。
In order to effectively test the effectiveness of the construction of Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship base,and better meet the innovation and entrepreneurship needs of Hong Kong and Macao youth,based on the theory of joint production,highlighting the main role of Hong Kong and Macao yout,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship base from four dimensions of venue support,service management,communication activities,and incubation effect,among them,the weight of the incubation effect index ranks in the first place.Consequently,the paper proposes some suggestions such as strengthening the application of evaluation results,improving the supporting policies of the base,creating a characteristic base brand,as well as establishing the alliance of Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship base.
