摘要
为解决特色文化景区营地的快速搭建与便捷移动问题,提出组装式的蒙古包景区营地建造车设计方案。从景区营地建造车销售出厂→上路→搭建→使用→移动等流程出发,运用功能分析法,定义蒙古包与车体结构融合的总功能,利用功能分解和功能元的形态学矩阵求解与评价,获得景区营地建造车功能实现的最佳原理解。在此基础上对该车的功能尺寸、拓展系统、组装方式、模块化蒙古包和文化融入等进行设计研究,提出了景区营地建造车的设计方案,并采用力学分析与类比验证的方法说明设计方案的可行性。设计的景区营地建造车实现了上路行驶与营地拓展两种状态的自由变换,利于景区营地的快速搭建与便捷移动,可满足特色文化景区的建设要求,有助于推动全域旅游的发展。
In order to solve the problems of rapid construction and convenient movement of the camps in characteristic cultural scenic spots,an assembled Mongolian yurt scenic camp construction vehicle design scheme was proposed.Function analysis method was used form the process of the scenic camp construction vehicle sales factory→on the road→construction→use→mobile to define the total function of the integration of the Mongolian yurt and the vehicle body structure.Functional decomposition and morphological matrix solution and evaluation of functional elements were used to obtain the optimal principle solution of yurt scenic camp construction vehicle function realization.The designed research on the requirement size,expansion system,assembly mode,modular Mongolian yurt and culture integration of the vehicle was performed to finish yurt scenic camp construction vehicle.Mechanical analysis and analogical verification were used to obtain the feasibility of the scheme.The design of yurt scenic camp construction vehicle had realized the free transition between driving on the road and expanding the campsite.It was conducive to the rapid construction and convenient movement of scenic campsites,meeting the construction requirements of characteristic cultural scenic spots,and helping promoting the development of comprehensive tourism.
