基于熵权与VIKOR方法的设计方案评价与优选 被引量:20

摘要 为解决产品设计方案优选时的主观性和不确定性问题,提出了基于熵权与VIKOR(多准则妥协解排序)的设计方案评价与优选方法。利用熵权法减少决策者在赋权中的主观因素,获得各指标的客观权重;利用VIKOR方法得到备选方案的最佳排序,进而筛选出最佳产品设计方案。以家用净化消毒产品设计方案评价为例进行验证计算,结果表明:该方法考虑了设计方案优选时决策过程的主观性和不确定性问题,可有效提高方案评价结果的客观性和准确性,为设计者优选产品设计方案提供参考。 In order to solve the subjectivity and uncertainty issues in the optimization of product design scheme,this paper proposed an evaluation and optimization method of design scheme based on entropy weight and VIKOR.Entropy weight method was employed to reduce subjective factors in the decision maker’s weight and obtain the objective weight of each index.The VIKOR method was adopted to get the best ranking of candidate schemes.And then,the optimal product design scheme was screened.The evaluation of household purification and disinfection product design scheme was taken as an example to perform verification calculation.The results showed that this method could effectively improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results in consideration of the subjectivity and uncertain problem of optimal decision process.This could provide reference directions for designers to choose product design scheme.
