摘要
简述了环境DNA(eDNA)技术的研究背景以及在湖泊生物资源研究中的应用。指出,eDNA方法操作简单、特异性强、灵敏度高,还能对入侵种和引进种及时监测,不仅拓展了生物资源调查方式,还能弥补传统方法的不足。提出,虽然eDNA技术有其独特的优势,但同时该项技术还存在着一些不足,今后对于特定水域利用eDNA技术进行物种调查的特有方法建立,还有待提升。
The research background of environmental DNA(e DNA) technology and its application in the study of lake biological resources are briefly described. It is pointed out that the eDNA method is simple, specific and sensitive, and can also monitor invasive and introduced species in time, which not only expands the way of biological resources survey, but also makes up for the shortcomings of traditional methods. It is suggested that although eDNA technology has its unique advantages, at the same time, there are still some shortcomings in this technology, and the establishment of a specific method for species survey using eDNA technology in specific waters in the future still needs to be improved.
