摘要
简述了卵黄抗体的基本特性、产生、作用机制、分离提取和纯化以及卵黄抗体在水产动物细菌性和病毒性疾病防治中的应用,可为今后卵黄抗体的研究及应用提供参考。
The basic characteristics, production, action mechanism, separation, extraction and purification of yolk anti-body and its application in the prevention and treatment of bacterial and viral diseases of aquatic animals were briefly described. This paper can provide reference for the research and application of yolk antibody in the future.
