摘要
目的了解河北省农村在用集中式供水设施基本情况及存在的问题,为开展农村饮用水卫生监督工作提供依据。方法按调查问卷内容进行调查,收集汇总后采用EpiData和SPSS进行数据录入、统计、分析。结果全省共调查298个乡镇收集3650份调查问卷,经质控后有3616份问卷合格纳入研究。水质净化、消毒、自检比率依次为经济发达地区最高,其次为较发达地区,最低的为经济欠发达和不发达地区,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=148.643,P<0.05;χ^(2)=23.321,P<0.05;χ^(2)=70.217,P<0.05)。水质经净化、消毒、自检比率随着设计日供水量的增大而升高,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=473.660,P<0.05;χ^(2)=409.836,P<0.05;χ^(2)=796.225,P<0.05)。结论河北省农村集中式供水设施水质经净化、消毒和自检的比率相对较低,应加强卫生监督管理。
Objective To comprehensively explore basic conditions of centralized water supply facilities in the rural areas of Hebei Province,and to find out existing problems in rural water supply to provide a basis for implementation of rural drinking water sanitation supervision.Methods The contents of questionnaires were investigated,and the data entry,statistics,and analysis were conducted by means of EpiData and SPSS upon acquisition and collection.Results A total of 3650 questionnaires were collected from 298 villages and towns across Hebei.A total of 3616 questionnaires were included in the study after quality control.The rate of water purification,disinfection,and self-testing was the maximum in the most economically developed region,followed by more developed regions,and then less-developed and underdeveloped regions,while the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=148.643,P<0.05;χ^(2)=23.321,P<0.05;χ^(2)=70.217,P<0.05).The rate of water purification,disinfection,and self-testing rose with the increase in the designed daily water supply.The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=473.660,P<0.05;χ^(2)=409.836,P<0.05;χ^(2)=796.225,P<0.05).Conclusion The rate of water purification,disinfection,and self-testing is relatively low in the rural areas of Hebei Province,and sanitary supervision and administration should be intensified.
