摘要
目的:观察分析气管、支气管异物患儿应用放射影像技术诊断的临床价值,为现代临床有效干预提供有效指导。方法:对2020年7月—2021年7月冠县中心医院纳入的94例气管、支气管异物患儿进行分组干预对照,并命名为X线组(采用X线片检查)、C T组(采用多排螺旋C T检查),各47例。对比两组异物检出率以及异物征象检出率,观察两组图像扫描质量、检查时间、检查满意度。结果:CT组小儿气管、支气管异物检出率及各征象检出率均显著高于X线组(P <0.05);CT组图像扫描质量优良率显著高于X线组(P <0.05);CT组检查时间与X线组无显著差异(P> 0.05);CT组患者检查满意度显著高于X线组(P <0.05)。结论:相比于X线片而言,多排螺旋CT检查诊断价值更高,具有准确率高、图像质量优越、检查时间短、患者及其家属满意度高等优势,值得现代临床将之作为小儿气管、支气管异物检查诊断的首选。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of radiographic imaging in children with foreign bodies in the trachea and bronchus,to provide effective guidance for modern clinical effective intervention.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,94 children with tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies in Guanxian Central Hospital were divided into groups for intervention and control,and named as the X-ray group(X-ray examination) and the CT group(multi-slice spiral CT examination),47 cases each.The foreign body detection rate and foreign body sign detection rate were compared between the two groups,and the image scanning quality,examination time and examination satisfaction were observed.Results The detection rate and signs of foreign bodies in trachea and bronchus in CT group were significantly higher than those in X-ray group(P < 0.05);The excellent and good rate of image scanning quality in CT group was significantly higher than that in X-ray group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the examination time between the CT group and the X-ray group(P > 0.05);The examination satisfaction of CT group was significantly higher than that of X-ray group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray film,multi-slice spiral CT has higher diagnostic value,higher accuracy,better image quality,shorter examination time,and higher satisfaction of patients and their families.Therefore,it is worthy of being used as the first choice for the diagnosis of trachea and bronchial foreign body in children in modern clinical practice.
