摘要 云计算、物联网、5G、大数据、人工智能、区块链等关键技术发展为更安全、更高效、更经济的铁路移动装备带来机遇。世界各国和铁路组织陆续制定了铁路数字化、智能化的中长期规划发展战略。本文综述国内外铁路货车数字化、智能化技术发展状况,阐述中国铁路数字货车4.0理念,探讨基于大数据的铁路货车4.0的系统框架和关键技术,解析数字货车4.0实时检测监测、智能健康诊断技术。以信息化和数字化为基础,构建中国铁路货车运行基础数据和安全测试检测监测系统,实时采集货车运用数据,在线监测货车运用安全,能够提高运维效率和运用可靠性。智能、互联、自驱的数字货车4.0,可实现装备全寿命周期管理和运输物流全产业链智能服务管理。 Cloud computing,Internet of Things,5G,big data,artificial intelligence,block chain and other key technologies have brought opportunities for railway mobile equipment to be safer,more efficient and more economical.Countries and railway organizations around the world have made long-term planning and development strategy digital and intelligent railway.This paper reviews the development of digital and intelligent technology of railway freight cars at home and abroad,expounds the concept of railway digital freight car 4.0 in China,and discusses the system framework and key technologies of railway freight car 4.0 based on big data.The real-time detection and monitoring and intelligent health diagnosis technology of digital freight car 4.0 are analyzed.Based on information and digitalization,constructing the basic data and safety test detection and monitoring system of railway freight car operation in China,collecting the real-time data of freight car operation and monitoring the operation safety of freight car online can improve the efficiency and reliability of operation and maintenance.Intelligent,interconnected,self-driving digital freight car 4.0 allows equipment life cycle management and transportation logistics industry chain intelligent service management.
