摘要
针对聚乙烯醇(PVA)退浆废水处理困难、成本高,淀粉浆料黏附性不足的问题,研究了聚丙烯酰胺纺织浆料的制备工艺,探讨了制备工艺参数对聚丙烯酰胺浆料黏度及单体转化率的影响。制备的聚丙烯酰胺浆料的红外光谱表明,研制的聚合工艺能够制备聚丙烯酰胺浆料。对制备的聚丙烯酰胺浆料进行了浆纱实验,结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺浆料与淀粉协同可以满足浆纱要求。
Aiming at the problems of difficult treatment of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)wastewater,high cost and insufficient adhesion of starch slurry,the preparation technology of polyacrylamide textile slurry was studied,and the effects of preparation parameters on the viscosity and monomer conversion of polyacrylamide slurry were explored.The infrared spectrum of the prepared polyacrylamide slurry showed that the developed polymerization process could prepare polyacrylamide slurry.The prepared polyacrylamide slurry was tested in warp yarn sizing.The results showed that the collaboration between polyacrylamide slurry and starch could meet the sizing requirements.
