摘要
烟台渤海海域海底地层主要为第四系松散土层和风化基岩,其中第四系松散土层多为淤泥质黏性土、粉土、粉细砂以及黏性土等。在该类地层进行地质勘察钻探施工时,由于黏性土层多为流塑、软塑状态,粉细砂多为松散和稍密状态,钻进时易出现多种孔内事故,造成成孔困难、施工成本增加和施工工期延长等问题,较大地制约了海域工程地质勘察工作的顺利开展。本文针对烟台地区渤海海域工程地质钻探第四系地层,通过室内试验调试和比对,选用不同比例添加剂的海水泥浆配方,综合确定最优方案。并通过多项工程地质勘察钻探现场应用,均取得良好的效果,有效保证了烟台地区渤海海域工程地质勘察钻探工作顺利进行。
The seabed strata in Yantai Bohai Sea area are mainly Quaternary loose soil layer and weathered bedrock,of which the Quaternary loose soil layer is mostly mucky cohesive soil,silt,silty fine sand and cohesive soil.During geological survey and drilling in such stratum,because the cohesive soil layer is mostly in flow plastic and soft plastic state,and the silty fine sand is mostly in loose and slightly dense state,a variety of in-hole accidents are easy to occur during drilling,resulting in difficulties in hole formation,increased construction cost and prolonged construction period,which greatly restricts the smooth development of marine engineering geological survey.Aiming at the Quaternary stratum of engineering geological drilling in Yantai Bohai sea area,through indoor test,debugging and comparison,this paper selects seawater mud formula with different proportion of additives to comprehensively determine the optimal scheme.After a number of field applications of engineering geological survey and drilling,good results have been achieved,which can ensure the smooth progress of engineering geological survey and drilling in Bohai Sea area in Yantai area.
