摘要
新疆苇子沟矿区在施工水文孔时钻遇承压含水层,钻孔出现大量涌水,造成冲洗液循环体系被完全破坏,当钻进至侏罗系头屯河组时出现溃砂和塌孔现象,致使钻进无法正常进行。施工单位采用了在冲洗液中加入重晶石粉以提高其比重的传统方法,但是随着冲洗液的循环又逐渐被稀释,钻孔重新出现涌水现象,问题没能得到很好解决。为此我们提出了一种闭压式灌注水泥砂浆进行堵涌的方法,即将注浆管下入到涌水层段顶部,注浆管与孔口表层套管通过法兰盘进行密封连接,形成孔内闭压注浆系统,采用泥浆泵向孔内高压注入水泥砂浆,水泥砂浆的注入量应保证其凝固后在涌水地层形成的水泥环强度大于涌水地层的水压。注浆完毕后,通过止水效果检验,完全达到了相关标准规范要求,从而有效解决了钻孔涌水问题。
In allusion to the completely destroyed flush fluid circulation system caused by borehole intersection of confined aquifer large amount water gushing,owing to sand inrush and hole collapse phenomena when the borehole is intersected to the Jurassic Toutunhe Formation strata,resulted in the drilling could not be carried out properly.Thus the conventional method of blanc fixe adding has been used to increase flush fluid specific gravity,but with the circulation went on,flush fluid gradually diluted and water gushing reappeared,the problem not solved well.Such a kind of cement mortar closure pressure grouting has been proposed to plug water gushing,that is put grouting pipe into the top of water gushing strata carried out tight coupling of the grouting pipe and borehole mouth surface casing through ring flange thus formed a borehole closure pressure grouting system.Using mud pump high pressure to inject cement mortar into borehole,the amount should be ensured thestrength of formed cement ring higher than the water pressure in water gushing strata after concretion.After grouting completed,through sealing up effect identification has proved the grouting archived all related criteria requirements,thus solved the borehole water gushing issue effectively.
