摘要
研究生作为高等教育的最高学历阶层,且是社会未来资源的主要提供者,在校期间大多经历了大量的压力和焦虑,科研压力,论文,就业等多是他们的焦郁因素,毕业季通常是研究生心理健康问题的高发期。关注研究生尤其是毕业季研究生的情绪动态及心理健康问题尤为重要,给予相应人群一定的心理辅导及制定相关心理路径势在必行。在现实生活中,大多高校对研究生培养管理力度逐渐加大,越来越多的研究生出现焦虑、抑郁、离群索居、强迫症、人际关系紧张等一系列问题。作为教育工作者,在研究生阶段尤其是针对毕业季研究生应加强人文关怀和心理疏导,促进毕业季研究生身心和人格健康发展。文章探讨毕业季研究生们工作生活压力及其焦虑抑郁心理因素,提出进行早期健康教育干预的必要性。
As the highest degree of education graduate student class,and the main provider of the social resources of the future,most graduate students have experienced a lot of psychological pressure and anxiety.The pressure from scientific study,thesis,employment are their factors of anxiety and depression.Graduate students tend to present a serious mental health problems.It is particularly important to pay attention to the emotional dynamics graduation season.Nowdays,most colleges and universities gradually increase the postgraduate study,more and more graduate students appear anxiety,depression,isolation,obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal tension and a series of problems.As an educator,we should strengthen humanistic care and psychological counseling for postgrduates,especially for postgraduates in the graduation season,so as to promote the healthy development of postgraduates’body,mind and personality.This paper discusses the stress of work and life and the psychological factors of anxiety and depression in graduate students,ant it is necessary that we suggest the healthy education and early psychological interventions for their anxiety and depression.
