摘要
实践取向在内涵上是师范生获得专业发展的最基本诉求,体现师范生培养的关注焦点,彰显师范生培养的实践智慧,突出师范生培养的产出导向;在价值上突显教师教育专业特色,促进教学效果的全面提升,回归发展与成长的育人本质;在结构框架上突显实践性知识的核心地位,强调真实情境的实践教学,推进教师教育课程的实践变革;在策略上把实践实训、技能竞赛、帮扶支持、考评考核等组合在一起。因此,实践取向可以深化师范生培养实践教学理论,促使师范生获得可持续性全面发展的能力。
Practice orientation, as a basic requirement for cultivating professional practice ability and professionalism of normal students,plays an extremely important role in both enhancing the level of normal students’ literacy and leading the innovation and reform of teacher education curriculum. Cultivating practice orientation for normal students reflects the focus,wisdom and the output orientation for normal students,and is connoted as the most basic requirement for them to obtain professional development;it highlights the professional characteristics of teacher education in terms of value,promoting the overall improvement of teaching effectiveness,and returning to the essence of educating;it stresses the core position of practical knowledge in the structural framework,emphasizes practical teaching in real context,and promotes the practical changes of teacher education curriculum;and it also strategically,combines strategy practical training,skill competitions,assistance and support,and assessment and evaluation together. Thus,practice orientation can deepen the understanding of practical teaching theory and lead to the acquisition of sustainable and holistic development for normal students.
