摘要
原发性肾病综合征以其缠绵难愈、激素依赖性高、尿蛋白难消,成为临床治疗上较为棘手的疾病之一。高继宁教授认为其病机为脾肾亏虚为本,湿热瘀互阻为标。治疗上重视补益脾肾与活血化瘀、利湿清热并用,标本同治。并用中药改善患者服用激素后所出现的副作用,逐步减轻患者的激素依赖性。
Primary nephrotic syndrome has become one of the more difficult diseases in clinical treatment because of its lingering and difficult to heal,high hormone dependence,and difficult to eliminate urinary protein.Professor GAO Jining believes that its pathogenesis is based on deficiency of spleen and kidney,and mutual resistance of damp heat and blood stasis is the standard.In terms of treatment,emphasis is placed on nourishing the spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and removing dampness and clearing heat.Combined use of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the side effects of patients after taking hormones,and gradually reduce the patients’hormone dependence.
