摘要
基于普通隔震橡胶支座拉伸性能偏低,不利于在高宽比较大的建筑上使用的缺点,开发了一种抗拉隔震橡胶支座,并进行了试验研究。结果表明:抗拉隔震橡胶支座的屈服拉应力较普通隔震橡胶支座有明显提高,达3.5 MPa,极限拉应力超过5.96 MPa,极限剪应变不小于橡胶层总厚度的500%;抗拉隔震橡胶支座拉伸后常规力学性能变化较小,水平隔震性能得以保持。抗拉隔震橡胶支座集竖向承载、竖向抗拉、水平变形和耗能、自动复位功能于一身,在不增加隔震成本的前提下提高了抗拉能力,可在大高宽比建筑上推广运用。
Based on the disadvantage of low tensile properties of ordinary isolation rubber bearing,which was suitable for the use of building with large height/width ratio,a high-strength isolation rubber bearing was developed and experimentally tested. The results showed that the yield stress of the high-strength isolation rubber bearing was significantly higher than that of the ordinary isolation rubber bearing,up to 3. 5MPa,the ultimate tensile stress exceeded 5. 96 MPa,and the ultimate shear strain was over 500% of the total thickness of the rubber layers. The conventional mechanical properties of the high-strength isolation rubber bearing changed little after being stretched,and the horizontal isolation performance was maintained. The high-strength isolation rubber bearing integrated the functions of vertical bearing,vertical tension resistance,horizontal deformation,energy consumption and automatic resetting. Furthermore, its tensile capacity was improved without increasing the isolation cost. The high-strength isolation rubber could be widely applied in buildings with large height-width ratio.
