摘要
印染行业的快速发展使得印染废水的治理成为环保行业面临的巨大难题。为了探究膨润土和膨润土负载纳米铁(B-nZVI)对印染废水中罗丹明B的去除效果。采用液相还原法制备了膨润土负载纳米铁材料。通过改变溶液初始浓度、投加量、溶液pH和温度等实验条件,从多环境因子角度研究膨润土和膨润土负载纳米铁对于罗丹明B的去除效果。实验结果表明:B-nZVI比膨润土具有更高的反应活性,反应时间为120 min时B-nZVI和膨润土对罗丹明B的去除率分别为98.10%和69.09%,同一条件下膨润土负载纳米铁对印染废水中罗丹明B的降解效果明显优于膨润土。因此将B-nZVI应用于印染废水的处理对于减少环境污染意义重大。
The rapid development of printing and dyeing industry makes the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater become a huge problem faced by the environmental protection industry. In order to investigate the removal effect of Rhodamine B from printing and dyeing wastewater by bentonite and bentonite supported nanoscale zero-valent iron( B-nZVI). In this paper,B-nZVI was prepared by chemical reduction in aqueous solution. By changing the experimental conditions such as initial concentration of solution, dosage, pH and temperature of the solution, the removal effects of bentonite and B-nZVI on Rhodamine B were investigated from the perspective of multiple environmental factors. The experimental results showed that B-nZVI has a higher reactivity than bentonite, and the removal rates of B-nZVI and bentonite on rhotamine B are 98. 10% and 69. 09%,respectively, at the reaction time of 120 min. Under the same conditions, the degradation effect of B-nZVI on rhodamine B is obviously better than that of bentonite. Therefore, the application of B-nZVI in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater is of great significance to reduce environmental pollution.
