某超贫钒钛磁铁矿中有价元素综合回收试验研究 被引量:4

Comprehensive recovery of valuable elements from an extra low-grade vanadium titano-magnetite ore

摘要 对承德某钒钛磁铁矿进行了详尽的工艺矿物学研究,结果表明:铁矿物主要为磁性铁,占有率为50.82%;脉石矿物主要为石英,质量分数为34.10%;选铁尾矿中含铜矿物主要为硫化铜,占有率为55.26%;选铁选铜尾矿中含磷矿物主要为磷灰石,占有率为96.89%。采用磁浮联合流程实现了矿石中铁、铜、磷的综合回收,分别获得了TFe品位65.13%、TFe回收率49.56%,Cu品位14.85%、Cu回收率48.07%,P_(2)O_(5)品位30.10%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率91.10%的铁精矿、铜精矿、磷精矿指标。 The detailed mineralogical study on a vanadium titano-magnetite ore in Chengde was completed.The results show that the iron ore was mainly composed of magnetite accounting for 50.82%,while the gangue minerals were mainly quartz with a content of 34.10%.The principal copper-bearing mineral in the tailings from iron beneficiation was copper sulfide accounting for 55.26% and the apatite was found to be the principal phosphate mineral contained in the tailings from the copper beneficiation unit after magnetic separation of iron minerals,accounting for 96.89%.The comprehensive recovery of iron,copper and phosphate can be realized by use of the combined magnetic separation-flotation process,as a results,the iron concentrate assayed 65.13% TFe with TFe recovery of 49.56%,the copper concentrate assayed 14.85% Cu with Cu recovery of 48.07% and the phosphate concentrate assayed 30.10% P_(2)O_(5) with P_(2)O_(5) recovery of 91.10% were obtained.
