摘要
目的:构建骨伤科护士培训评价指标体系,为骨伤科护士规范化培训质量评价提供参考标准。方法:以柯氏模型为理论框架,通过文献回顾法、质性研究法、德尔菲专家函询法及层次分析法,筛选指标并确定指标权重,构建骨伤科护士培训评价指标体系。结果:两轮函询问卷回收率分别为100.00%、93.75%,专家的权威系数分别为0.921,0.909,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.223,0.287,经χ2检验,均P<0.001。最终确定的骨伤科护士培训评价指标体系包括4项一级指标(反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层)、15项二级指标和51项三级指标。结论:构建的骨伤科护士培训评价指标体系可为规范化培训骨伤科护士提供量化依据。
Objective:To construct an evaluation index system of training for orthopedic nurses and provide a reference standard for the quality evaluation of standardized training of orthopedic nurses.Methods:Taking the Kirkpatrick model as the theoretical framework,through the literature review,qualitative research,Delphi expert consultancies,and analytic hierarchy process,the indexes were screened,and the index weights were determined.Then the evaluation index system of training for the orthopedic nurse was constructed.Results:The questionnaires recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation were 100.00% and 93.75%,respectively;the authority coefficients of experts were 0.921 and 0.909;the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.223 and 0.287;P<0.001 by the χ2 test.The final evaluation index system for orthopedic nurse training included 4 first-level indicators(reflection layer,learning layer,behavior layer,and result layer),15 second-level indicators,and 51 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index system of training for orthopedic nurses could provide the quantitative basis for standardized training of orthopedic nurses.
