摘要
中医药学是中华民族祖先认识生命,增进健康,与疾病作斗争的实践总结和智慧结晶。中医药学与中华民族的命运息息相通。近代以来,中医备受冷落,几度面临被政府“废止”的命运。中国共产党诞生后从根本上改变了这种格局,对中医药学充满文化自信与行动自觉,从保障了广大军民的健康出发,保护传承中医药。新中国成立后,强调“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”,明确“这是一件大事,不可等闲视之”,将中医药纳入现代医疗卫生体系的建设之中,推动祖国医药遗产保护传承,守正创新,为人民健康服务,促进中医药现代化,为中国和世界医学发展、人类健康做出了重大贡献,使中医文化焕发前所未有的时代魅力。
Traditional Chinese medicine is the practice summary and wisdom crystallization for Chinese ancestors to understand life,improve health,and fight against diseases,and it is closely linked with the destiny of the Chinese nation.However,since modern times in Chinese history,traditional Chinese medicine was much neglected and faced the fate of being “abolished” by governments for several times.It was only after the birth of the Communist Party of China that this situation was fundamentally altered.The party fully adhered to the belief of cultural self-confidence and self-consciousness when dealing with traditional Chinese medicine,and it endeavored to protect and inherit TCM from the perspective of ensuring the health of the military personnel and civilians.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it emphasized that “Chinese medicine is a great treasure house and should be continuously explored and improved”,stressing that protecting and promoting TCM is of great importance and should be attached sufficient attention to.Chinese government integrates TCM into the construction of modern medical and health system,promotes the protection and inheritance of the traditional medical heritage.Besides,Chinese government exercises the new development philosophy of both observing the traditions and striving to make innovations,and is committed to providing high-quality medical services for people’s health and promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,which has made great contributions to the sound development of medicine and human health in China and the world,and has made the TCM culture revive with an unprecedented charm of the new era.
