摘要
以PHC管桩拆头尾板生产工艺为研究对象,通过自主创新设计,开发了自动拆头尾板设备,实现了拆头尾板工序螺栓拆卸过程的自动化,并通过工艺流程优化和生产线整体规划设计,在减少作业人员的同时,提高了生产线产能,实际应用效果较好。
Taking the removing head and tail plate process in PHC piles production line as the research object,through independent innovation design,the automatic head and tail plate removing machine is developed to realize the full automatic and intelligent process bolts disassembly process.By the production line process optimization and overall planning,the productivity of the line is improved and the labor workers number is reduced,which approves the application effect is good.
