摘要
深部钻探现已成为油气资源开发的主力,跳钻和屈曲问题限制了深井钻井效率。采用稳定器则能够缓解下部钻具的振动和变形问题,是提高钻井效率的有效手段之一。为了定量描述稳定器安装数量和间距对下部钻具组合的影响,基于Hamilton原理建立全井钻柱动力学模型并采用HHT-α法对模型求解,分析了稳定器对下部钻具组合屈曲、振动和跳钻的影响规律。研究结果表明:增加稳定器数量能够明显提高下部钻具组合的对中性并降低下部钻具的屈曲变形;使用两个稳定器能够缓解钻头轴向振动并有效控制钻头跳钻,且在较小间距(30 m)下安装两个稳定器能够进一步抑制钻头跳钻,从而提高钻头工作效率。研究结果为稳定器在现场的使用提供一定的理论数据支撑。
Deep drilling is the main force in the development of oil and gas resources,and drilling efficiency of deep wells is limited by the problems of skip drilling and buckling.Stabilizer is one of the effective means to improve drilling efficiency,which can solve vibration and deformation problems of lower drilling tools.In order to quantitatively evaluate the influence of the number and spacing of stabilizers on the lower drilling rig combination,a dynamic model of full-well drilling string is established based on Hamilton principle and HHT-αmethod is used to solve the model and the influence of stabilizer on the combined buckling,vibration and jump of lower drilling tool is analyzed.The results show that:increasing the number of stabilizers can significantly reduce the buckling deformation of the lower drilling tool;The two stabilizers can more alleviate the axial vibration of the drill bit at a smaller installation interval;The two stabilizers can control drill bit tripping more effectively at a smaller installation interval.It is concluded that the efficiency of the two stabilizers is obvious when compared with a single stabilizer and basically the same when compared with several stabilizers.In addition,the installation of two stabilizers with a small distance(30 m)can better prevent the drill from jumping,thereby improving the working efficiency of the drill.
