精草铵膦防除苹果园杂草药效试验

Efficacy trial of glufosinate in controlling weeds in apple orchards

摘要 为明确精草铵膦对山东烟台地区苹果果园杂草的防治效果,开展10%精草铵膦可溶液剂防除杂草试验。试验共设置10%精草铵膦可溶液剂3个梯度处理,分别为450、600和780 g/hm^(2),以200 g/L草铵膦水剂1 300 g/hm^(2)和41%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂1 200 g/hm^(2)为对照药剂,共计5个处理。结果表明:精草铵膦对苹果园一年生杂草控制效果显著优于草甘膦,其中780 g/hm^(2)处理的30 d后株防效达84.41%~100%,产生良好的防除效果,且对苹果不产生药害。试验表明,10%精草铵膦在山东果树种植区杂草防治上具有良好的推广价值。 In order to clarify the effect of glufosinate-ammonium on the control of weeds in apple orchards in Yantai,Shandong,a trial of 10% glufosinate-ammonium SL was carried out to control weeds.The experiment was conducted with three gradients of 10% glufosinate soluble solution:450,600 and 780 g/hm^(2),as well as 200 g/L glufosinate aqueous 1 300 g/hm^(2) and 41%glyphosate isopropylamine salt aqueous 1 200 g/hm^(2) control.The test results showed that glufosinate was significantly better than glyphosate on therophyte weeds in the glyphosate resistant areas in apple orchards,where TreatmentⅢ (780 g/hm^(2)) had 84.41%~100% plant efficacy for 30 days and did not cause phytotoxicity to apples.It is suggested that 10% glufosinate has good promotion value for weed control in Shandong fruit cultivation areas.
