摘要
目的研究炎琥宁治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年3月—2021年6月该院收治的78例儿童手足口病患儿,将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组和观察组分别采用利巴韦林、炎琥宁治疗,对比两组患儿治疗的康复时间、临床症状改善时间、治疗72 h后的临床数据及治疗的安全性。结果观察组患儿的退热时间为(3.40±1.02)d、疱疹消失时间为(2.70±0.94)d、溃疡消失时间为(3.61±1.14)d、住院时间为(5.62±1.03)d,均优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(t=4.022、4.575、3.044、2.673,P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率94.84%与对照组的74.36%比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.303,P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗72 h后的谷丙转氨酶(35.64±9.03)μ/L、血尿素氮(6.11±1.74)mmol/L、肌酸酐(118.76±12.53)mmol/L均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.874、4.671、7.008,P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率5.13%,与对照组的10.26%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.181,P>0.05)。结论在儿童手足口的临床治疗中,采用炎琥宁进行治疗能有效促进患儿的康复,缩短患儿的康复时间,有利于患儿临床指标的恢复,具有更高的疗效,且在治疗过程中并不增加患儿不良反应的发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Yanhuning in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods 78 children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated in the hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with ribavirin and Yanhuning,respectively.The recovery time,clinical symptom improvement time,clinical data after 72 h of treatment and the safety of the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The children in the observation group had an antipyretic time of(3.40±1.02)d,a herpes disappearance time of(2.70±0.94)d,an ulcer disappearance time of(3.61±1.14)d,and a hospital stay of(5.62±1.03)d,both better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.022,4.575,3.044,2.673,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group was 94.84%compared with 74.36%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.303,P<0.05).After 72 h of treatment,children in the observation group had alanine aminotransferase(35.64±9.03)μ/L,blood urea nitrogen(6.11±1.74)mmol/L,and creatinine(118.76±12.53)mmol/L,which were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.874,4.671,7.008,P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%,compared with 10.26%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.181,P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children's hand,foot and mouth,Yanhuning can effectively promote the recovery of children,shorten the recovery time of children,and is beneficial to the recovery of children's clinical indicators and has a higher curative effect.And in the process of treatment,it does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in children,and has high clinical application value.
