摘要 基于活性污泥的传统脱氮除磷工艺满足不了日益严格的废水处理要求,废水处理必须进行提质增效。MBBR工艺易于利用现状设施原位与不同工艺进行结合,实现提标和节能降耗。阐述了MBBR工艺原理,分析了MBBR工艺特征、影响因素和升级改造路线,分别对形成的复合A_(2)/O-MBBR、氧化沟-MBBR、SBR-MBBR和Bardenpho-MBBR工艺进行了案例说明,结合当前研究现状对该领域进行了展望,为提升MBBR在废水处理升级改造工程中的应用推广提供支持。 As traditional nitrogen and phosphorous removal process cannot meet the increasingly stringent requirements of wastewater treatment,it must be improved in quality and efficiency.MBBR is easier to use the existing facilities and combine with different processes in-situ to achieve standard improvement,energy saving and consumption reduction.The process principle of MBBR was described,the process characteristics,influencing factors and upgrading and reconstruction route of MBBR were analyzed,and the composite A^(2)/O-MBBR,oxidation ditch-MBBR,SBR-MBBR and Bardenpho-MBBR process were illustrated with case studies.Combining with the current research status,this field is prospected,which provides support for the application and promotion of MBBR in upgrading and reconstruction project of wastewater treatment.
