摘要
目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者住院总费用的影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月沈阳市第一人民医院收治的120例急性心肌梗死出院患者为研究对象,运用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,分析患者住院总费用。结果:单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析均显示,年龄增长、手术治疗、手术级别升高、采用医疗保险结算、住院时间≥l0 d、医嘱离院,以及合并高血压、糖尿病等因素,可造成急性心肌梗死患者住院费用的增加。结论:急性心肌梗死患者住院总费用的影响因素较多,应针对不同因素制定应对措施,规范医疗服务行为、提升医疗服务质量、节约医保基金,真正使患者受益。
Objective:The paper investigates the influencing factors of total hospitalization costs in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 120 discharged patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Shenyang First People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the total hospitalization costs of the patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results:Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age increase,surgical treatment,increased surgical grade,medical insurance settlement,hospitalization time ≥10 d,doctor’s order to leave the hospital,and the complication of hypertension,diabetes and other factors may increase hospitalization costs for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion:There are many factors affecting the total hospitalization cost of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and countermeasures should be formulated accordingly to regulate the medical service,improve medical service quality,save medical insurance fund,and truly benefit patients.
